This Free Trade Agreement (“FTA”) is entered into on this __ day of __, 20__, by and between the Government of Japan and the Government of Thailand, hereinafter referred to as “Parties”.

Article 1: Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them:
